Sadly I am just not getting enough time to visit my gorgeous holiday home. This is the 2019 version of Willerby's Sheraton Elite. The only difference with the 2020 version is a different tartan fabric used on the curtains and a different pattern on vinyl flooring in kitchen/bathrooms. So it is worth looking at the 360 tour on Willerby's website.
This static home has a velux roof window in kitchen area, Bluetooth speakers in open-plan lounge/kitchen area, air conditioning, 'nest' control on central heating, dishwasher, washer/dryer, kingsize bed in master bedroom , large walk-in wardrobe to master bedroom, 3ft twin beds in bedroom 2, parking space on pitch with scope to park another, galvanised steel chassis and balance of 25 year pitch licence agreement from June 2019.
It is situated on a really lovely pitch ( see photos) close to access to walk alongside dyke.

Alberta is a great base to explore the local area with nearby Whitstable, famous for its oysters (and their aphrodisiac properties!), only a short drive away. Further afield you’ll find the traditional seaside towns of Margate, Ramsgate and Broadstairs – always popular with tourists, and as an owner places that you’ll want to visit again and again.
Also in the surrounding Kent area there's wonderful Canterbury with its famous cathedral and grandiose architecture. And if you fancy a daytrip to France, it’s actually just a short hop from Folkestone.
Facilities on the park include a heated outdoor pool, paddling pool for the kids, family bar and restaurant, amusement arcade, adventure playground and more.
