12 Month Non-Residential Licence

Largo House Country Park is a small private 'owners only' park. Each Holiday Home is self contained and owners come and go at their leisure. The site is licenced for 12 months and therefore your holiday home is available at any time of year.

Our owners can allow their friends and family to use their holiday home for leisure purposes

Largo House Private Holiday Homes is located just outside Largo, a quaint rural village which offers stunning coastal walks, a selection of pubs, cafes and hotels as well as a village cricket club.

A short drive down the road is Lundin Links which boasts a wider selection of local Amenities including an impressive golf course which has been used to host the Final Qualifying stages of The Open when it was being held in St. Andrews.

The park is within a half hour driving distance of several of Scotland's most prominent tourist attractions including St Andrews, Scotland's Secret Bunker and the majority of Fife's stunning coast.

Dundee is a forty minute drive through some of fifes beautiful countryside and Edinburgh is just over an hour away. Largo is connected to these major cities by a reliable bus service so a day in the city is not far away.
