Solent Breezes site overlooks the sea and has access to the beach. It has an outdoor pool, play area, tennis courts, and a clubhouse (being refurbished very soon!). They can arrange sublet for you if needed. On site mains gas, water and elec so no changing gas bottles. The site is open 10 1/2 months a year and often has owners special events - such as owners cooked breakfasts, meals etc
Close to historic Portsmouth, Cowes. Has on site boat storage and a launch ramp.
Purchased in 2018 for nearly £40,000 you can pick up an absolute bargain as we have moved from the area and have decided to sell as we aren't using the mobile home very much.
