Overview

This exceptional static caravan is only two years old and with only one owner since purchase. The caravan has been a home from home for us and has been been immaculately kept and we have fitted an outside tap to make external cleaning easier.

With lots of seating, including the breakfast bar, this really is the home for a social gathering with friends and family. The caravan sleeps six comfortably, with one king size bedroom, one twin room and a pull-out sofa bed in the living room. There's plenty of storage including a walk-in wardrobe in the master bedroom and a bath in the en-suite.

Pevensey Bay Holiday Park is in an enviable location, with views to Eastbourne and Beachy Head in one direction and the coast to Hastings in the other. The area is steeped in history, with Pevensey Castle, Battle Abbey and Herstmonceux Science Centre nearby.

We have a prime spot right on the beach front at Pevensey Bay and our own parking space for two cars, right next to the plot. Well situated to local amenities, Sovereign Harbour is a ten minute walk from the caravan and includes Asda, Next, Sports Direct, Boots, Matalan, TK Maxx, Wilko, Cineworld, Harveys, Frankie & Benny's and The Gym, as well as plenty of bars and restaurants if you don't want to cook.
