Included with the lodge is a 4 seater external dining table and chairs (note 2 seater Rattan chairs and small table in pictures are not included in the sale), plants and LED lights.
The delightful secure decking area (installed 2022) has a full length ramp and steps to the side of the lodge with a wrap around deck section to the front meeting the patio doors in the living area.
Entering the property through the double glazed front door, you are welcomed by a generous living space comprised of an expansive seating area, dining area and modern fully equipped kitchen with integrated oven and microwave, gas hob and extractor, American fridge freezer with ice and water dispensers, dishwasher, washer/dryer and coffee machine.
The lodge boasts a generous sized double bedroom comprising of an ensuite with shower and a walk-in closet/storage area. The second bedroom is a large twin bedroom with a walk-in closet/storage area. The family bathroom is situated in the main hallway with a shower over bath arrangement. The lodge also benefits from a double sofa bed for additional sleeping requirements in the living area.
The park offers super-fast fibre internet to the lodge, the lodge is furnished with a games console, smart TV, bluetooth sound bar system, DVD/Blu-Ray player. The lodge benefits from smart gas fired central heating (Hive), with smart thermostats on each radiator which can be monitored and controlled remotely.
There is two rugged outside security storage units approved by the park.
