Immaculate Country Style 2 Bedroom Atlas Navanda Static Caravan, sleeps 6. Sited on the Marlie Park Holidays site, New Romney, Dymchurch, with 11.5 months availability to use. This holiday home is a little Gem. With the sun shinning and birds singing it feels just like a country cottage holiday. Lounge has fitted seating ample for 6 persons. All new Curtains and Poles. Gas fire and decorative surround with glass cabinet and room for 32' Tv/DVD/Sat Box. In addition to small long cupboard and draws.

The open plan layout also gives rise to fitted Dining area, seating 6. All Seating cushions are in perfect condition. All Seating has underneath storage. One side of the sofas has a double bed hidden beneath. Alongside the Dining area is a country style kitchen. Sink, Cooker/Oven (immaculate}, Fridge, & Plenty of storage. The van has 2 entrances, one directly into the kitchen, saving those muddy boots going into lounge area. Alongside the kitchen entrance is housed the hot water boiler and boot/broom cupboard.

A small passage way leads firstly to a single toilet. Master Shower room with toilet, and Jack n Jill doors to Master B/room. To opposite side is the Twin B/room. The Master B/room has Double Bed, Dressing Table, Double & 2x Single Wardrobes, plus side cabinets. Twin Rm has 2x single beds, Overhead storage, Double Wardrobes with shelving. Electric Radiators in bedrooms for chiller nights. Many optional accessories available for discussion. This van has to be viewed to be believed.

The holiday park has an indoor heated pool, adventure playground, modern entertainment venue, a newly updated popular restaurant and bar. Pubs, shops and restaurants are a short distance away on the New Romney High Street

There is plenty to do in surrounding areas. Little Stone and St Mary’s Bay beach is a few minutes drive away. The narrow gauge Romney Hythe and Dymchurch Railway has a station in new Romney. Dymchurch just 5 minutes drive has a small fun fair and amusements for the littles. The nature reserve and Rye Harbour are nearby. Less than twenty minutes away by car are the picturesque town of Rye, the charming Royal Military Canal in Hythe and the popular Camber Sands. For those interested in gardens and historic sites, within a hour, there is Leeds Castle, Sissinghurst Castle Garden and Bodiam Castle.

Outside the caravan park, there are bus routes to Ashford, Canterbury, Folkestone, Dover, and Rye. It's a short drive to Channel Tunnel for a day trip to France.
