We have found this to be more than ample space for 2 people, it has had a lot of work and time put in to it and is in great condition considering the amount of time and use it gets
Park has a large new built club house which has had 2million invested in to it and holds some owners only events throught the year which is a great way to meet people on the park. We have met some wonderful people in our time here and we will continue to remain friends with them even after leaving.
Plenty of park activities for kids including indoor swimming pool and arcade in club house.
Great atmosphere in the summer, beach front is a hop over the wall and park is lovely and quiet during the winter months cozied up by the fire.
Costs per month is roughly £530 all in, this includes water and rates, pitch fees and electric with an average cost of £230 per year if you are there alot like we have been (that's taking in to account we have an underfloor heating system and alot of electrical items in the home so pretty good). If you only plan to stay in summer months then its likely you will only use half that anyway.
Gas bottles are £70 per 1 and we use roughly 1 every 3-4 months, again we are here alot so that's pretty good considering we cook, have the heating on now and then and use of hot water. We get the fire going often in colder season because it saves on the gas bottles and a ton bag of logs (£50) can last a whole year as you will only need to use them during the colder months as with the heating if necessary.
All in all this is a fantastic buy due to its unique interior which makes it feel more like a house than a static home on top of fact it's in a great location in the park

New Beach Holiday Park is located on the seafront between Dymchurch and Hythe and within easy reach of many fantastic local Kent attractions.
In 2018 New Beach added a brand new purpose built entertainment venue; it’s a lively park during the holiday season with a large range of activities, and entertainment so owners won’t ever be short of things to do.
