Located on a wonderfully well kept park on a desirable pitch right by the river with riverside walks and a 10 second walk from the gate into surrounding paddocks excellent for dog walking! Although it is only a short drive into Stratford-upon-Avon there is also a river taxi to take you into Stratford as well - and on site there is the riverside restaurant and coffee bar. The caravan itself has a wraparound decking and lower patio with comfortable parking for 2 cars (even 3 if they aren’t too long) as well as an outside double-door lockable storage shed. Inside is very well kept with a large lounge, generously-sized, comfortable seating with fold away double sofa bed (all in all sleeps six adults comfortably and will sleep 8 if needed) and modern fireplace. Open plan to the kitchen with dining table adjacent (electric hob and gas cooker) and all the kitchen cupboard doors were replaced with brand new in late 2019. Large double height storage cupboard and large integrated fridge-freezer. The twin bedroom can be moved around to become a double bed as the bedside table is movable and also with plenty of storage and the main bedroom has a double bed, dressing table with stool, again plenty of storage and an en-suite toilet and sink. The main bathroom has a generous size with a large shower with even more storage.
