The caravan is sited on a spacious corner pitch .

3 bedrooms but can sleep 8 (sofa bed in lounge)

Wrap around decking with lockable gate, double glazing and central heating.

Excellent condition throughout - has never been rented or had pets in.

Moveable sofas in lounge (one being a sofa bed so can sleep 8 if needed) and an electric fire.

Integrated appliances include washing machine and dishwasher - gas oven with separate grill - gas 5 burner hob and microwave/ grill, and fridge freezer.

Lift up bed in main bedroom, quality ABI mattresses on all beds, hardly used but all are covered with mattress protectors.

WIFI connected and TV points in bedrooms

Caravan has not been let - non smokers and no pets

Subletting is allowed on site if required.

The park is pet friendly and only 5 minutes walk from the beach. There's a cafe/bar on site, a large course-fishing lake, and outside the park there's a selection of shops and entertainment and a bus-stop that runs between Skegness to Chapel-St-Leonards and Mablethorpe along the coast.

The site is open between 1st March - 30th November.
